What is Functional medicine?

Functional Medicine determines how and why illness occurs and restores health by addressing the root causes of disease for each individual. Testing is not required to work with me, but it can be added to your treatment plan if you choose.

A Fun Fact about me: I was a four year body builder and a collegiate track athlete. So I have been there and done the things that have pushed my body to its limits. There is a time and place for this style of competition, but at the end of the day, if you are moving your body and fueling it properly, it is much healthier than trying to achieve a 5-15% body fat % for a show. Mental health, lifestyle, and balance is the ultimate way of health, not trying to maintain the impossible “look” for ever. It is simply impossible!
