She is there for questions and correspondence. She celebrates each of your achievements because she believes in helping people live healthier better lives. She eats the same things that she tells you to eat. She prepares the same meals (with 4 kids at home!) that you will prepare. She has recipes and can even tell you how much exercise she wants you doing.
