She eats the same things that she tells you to eat. She prepares the same meals (with 4 kids at home!) that you will prepare. She has recipes and can even tell you how much exercise she wants you doing.

I reached out to Rachel in hopes of guidance towards a healthier me & being able to have a supportive go to on my postpartum journey. Not only did she jump in with all my needs in mind, but she also customized meal plans and grocery lists to make it so much easier. “I spent the COVID shut down working on making myself better. By doing so, I signed up for 3 different competitions. Two were in BJJ and one was a CrossFit competition. So I was in quite the predicament. I needed to lose weight in order to be in the 195 weight class for BJJ, but at the same time I needed to maintain muscle mass for the CrossFit comp. The problem was I had no idea how to fuel my body, and I was dropping weight rapidly.
